International Schools Fair – Bermuda
September 18 and 19, 2019

Dear Past and Future Participants,
This will be the 26th year that Schools to Know has hosted school fairs in Bermuda. Thank you all for your continued support. We plan to do whatever we can do to ensure the fair’s continued success.

The event will return to the Harborview Ball Room at the Hamilton Princess Hotel in Hamilton.

There will be space in our group for 45 American and Canadian schools. Participating schools from last year will be given priority with registration on a first come first serve basis. The UK will have 15 to 20 schools attending.

Beginning the first week of September, I’ll be making additional arrangements for extensive advertising including distribution of the Parent Guide to interested families. The Fair will be publicized by e-mail utilizing our list of attendees from previous years. We’ll continue to use Bermuda social media with our own Facebook page featuring different participating school profiles each day. Word will be spread with posters in public places and by announcements sent to the high schools, middle schools, businesses and other institutions.

Radio interviews conducted on three different stations were very productive last year and will continue.

Any publicity that you choose to do independently is very appreciated. Like our Facebook page!

It has been rumored that The Royal Gazette will go totally digital soon and we plan to use whatever publicity is being offered on-line or in print, at the time. In the past, they have sent a photographer to our opening night and followed with a featured story the next morning.

Designations for schools include: Traditional Schools, Traditional Schools with Learning Support Departments

Looking forward to seeing you all this fall,

Tory Dodge
